We’re excited to bring your project to life. Please review and confirm the terms below so everything runs smoothly.

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below, which apply to all Infinite Views markets and services.

Property Readiness & Access

Please ensure the property is fully ready before our appointment — including any landscaping, construction, staging, or cleaning. The property should be vacant at the time of the shoot to allow our team to work efficiently, safely, and without interruption.

If the site isn’t prepared upon arrival or delays of more than 15 minutes occur, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Same-day cancellations incur a minimum fee of $250 or up to 50% of the total invoice, depending on the project.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is subject to a $150 late postponement fee.
• Any payment beyond the $250 minimum for a cancellation may be applied as a credit toward a future rescheduled appointment for the same shoot, at Infinite Views’ discretion.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make changes or cancel.

Inclement Weather

In cases of inclement weather, our team will determine whether to reschedule or adjust the shoot plan — particularly for drone or exterior video services — to ensure both the safety of our team and the quality of the final deliverables.

Review Window & Revisions

After your content has been delivered, please review it within 48 hours and notify us of any requested changes. After this 48-hour window, the project will be considered complete, and additional revisions may be subject to new fees.

Please note that we do not deliver or revise media on Sundays.

Hosting & Availability

• Property websites are hosted for one year from the date of delivery.
• Matterport 3D tours are hosted for three months before being archived. Renewals are available for $10/month, or you can request a transfer to your own Matterport account for a one-time fee of $100.

Team Assignment

While we do our best to pair you with your preferred photographer or videographer, we can’t guarantee specific team members for every project due to market coverage and scheduling needs.

Payment & Usage Rights

Payment in full is due once your media is delivered and must be completed prior to downloading or using any content.

All content created by Infinite Views remains the intellectual property of Infinite Views LLC. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media specifically for marketing the property associated with the shoot. Using or distributing media for other listings, agents, or companies without written approval is strictly prohibited and may incur additional fees.

Liability

By proceeding with this appointment, you agree to hold Infinite Views LLC and its affiliated team members harmless from any liabilities, claims, or expenses related to the services provided.
